- Since personalized or custom-made items are specially crafted just for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- If returning an item, customers are responsible for the shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.

- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
